I set up the filter and ALL e-mails end up the Spam folder? What’s wrong?

In each e-mail, in addition to the actual category the following header will be added:

X-purgate: Checked for Spam by eleven eXpurgate

In this case, you may have set up your filter to react to EVERY occurrence of the word “spam” (upper and lower case) e. g. with the option in Eudora: Header "X-purgate -> contains -> Spam", so that “clean” e-mails will also be detected by the filter, since their headers contain the word “spam”.

Please change the filter setting so that it will only detect headers with the EXACT consistency

X-purgate: Spam

by changing the option “Header contains 'Spam’” into “header X-purgate -> is -> 'Spam’”.
