Deactivating the spam protection with your provider

If your e-mail provider has its own spam protection function, then it's important to deactivate this in order to guarantee that eXpurgate works perfectly. This also applies to the e-mail address(es), from which you call up your mail after being checked by eXpurgate.

In particular "spam protection for mass domains" must be deactivated. If this kind of spam protection remains active, eXpurgate isn't able to forward some e-mails, for example from AOL users, because this provider's mail server recognises that these e-mails were not delivered directly by AOL but rather by eXpurgate, therefore rejecting them.
